Sales Operations Manager I
**General Description**
Role: Sales Operations Manager is responsible for forecasting sell in and POS; Inventory analysis, demand planning and reporting on key performance metrics. This positon works closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Logistics, working to achieve internal and customer goals. This positon will work with Walmart, Walmart Dot Com, SAM'S Club and SAM'S Club Dot Com. You will be part of a dynamic team, working at a quick pace, and charged with driving sales every day. Duties:
* Develop relationships with counterparts at Walmart and SAM'S Club to align of forecasts, event planning, including weekly CPFR calls.
* Work closely with internal product teams to insure the teams are aligned on forecasts / product plans.
* Share / communicate promotional plans with logistics team to insure on time performance.
* Provide weekly reports and analysis of the business results to customer, internal supply chain teams and the sales team.
* Review Retail Link POS data to look for opportunities to drive sales and grow market share.
* Collaborate with customer replenishment teams to insure optimized inventory levels to hit key metrics and drive overall sales.
* Based on data, provide recommendations on inventory improvements to reduce nonproductive inventory and meet WOS goals.
* Manage inventory levels to achieve customer instock and OTIF Goals without excessive WOS.
* Understand and support the process for item set up - Data Sync and Retail Link.
* Actively participation and support line review meetings.
* Periodic Travel is required.
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
* High level of experience and knowledge of GRS, Replenishment, Retail Link and OTIF.
* Bachelor's Degree is required
* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and proficient in Word, Power Point and Outlook.
* Proficiency in SAP
* Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to present to all levels within the organization and to the customer.
* Must be able to working under the pressure of timelines, and demonstrate a sense of urgency when driving for results.
* Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to schedule, prioritize and communicate actions and results as needed.
* Provide forecast recommendations and work collaboratively with both internal and external customers.
* Strong Team-work, able to effectively participate and motivate others working within a team environment. Also have the ability to take the initiative to get a project done, independently as needed.
