**General Description**
Responsible for the revenue generation in sales offices and key accounts within a geographic area or market. This role will ensure sales plans and key account strategies are implemented. This role will have direct selling responsibility in key customer and/or carrier accounts. Problems and issues faced are moderately complex and vague, and require reasoning of broader set of issues and variables to identify root cause within job area. Applies advanced knowledge and skills of a specific/specialized technical area with understanding of external environment factors that may affect own specialist area. Provides expert advice, coaching and counseling within particular discipline/function area. Responsible for revenue generation of targeted Samsung accounts. Foster strong relationships with key accounts in order to successfully position Samsung's portfolio. Manage communications, sales promotion development, and training as required to stimulate and facilitate the sale of Samsung's products. Establish high-level as well as tactical relationships with internal cross functional teams . Lead cross-functional teams towards the launch and promotion of new solutions. Responsible for solving moderately complex technical problems and responds to non-standard requests from internal and external customers. Makes decisions within guidelines and policies. Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of directly related experience is required. Prior experience in enterprise technology sales, business development and/or OEMs and Carrier sales preferred. Prior experience selling technical solutions required. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and client management skills. Prior experience in the telecommunications industry preferred. Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Travel varies depending on position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.

Demonstrated ability to Interact at the executive and all levels within customerā¤(TM)s organizations and within the SEA organization. The ability to negotiate with and convince others, in a potentially adversarial environment, including customer leadership, VPā¤(TM)s, directors & managers, staff, and vendors with opposing views to accept/approve plans, technical and project recommendations. The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple business development programs and simultaneous performance objectives. The ability to write, read, interpret, explain and act on thorough understanding of technical documents, engineering materials and contracts or related documents based on corporate legal and customer applications, engineering standards and business philosophy. Ability to make professional sales and business presentations in writing, through email, reports, or orally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience of high technical skills, management and operational experience. Ability to direct staff leadership to achieve customer contracted objectives and team goals and to achieve results within established time frames and requirements. The ability to develop sales and business objectives, and metrics, to clearly define results to be achieved, to make decisions, to give direction, and to measure individual/team performance and business results. Interact with all levels within the organization and has frequent external contacts.
