Description

Job Objective

o Serves as a health system courier to pick-up and deliver mail, linen, supplies and Lab Specimens to and from off-site locations.


Key Responsibilities

o Must demonstrate ability to drive hospital owned vans, must maintain a valid NYS driver's license. Must be familiar with area roads, speed limits and local transportation laws. Ability to adhere to delivery schedules a must.


Requirements
Qualifications

o High School diploma or equivalent

o Valid NYS Drivers License with a clean driving record

o Highly motivated, customer service oriented, self-starter, able to work independently. Able to possess sound decision making skills. Be creative and self-directed learner

o Knowledge of area county roads a plus

o Clean neat appearance
